Through TABL no.7—named in dedication to Blake’s father, Thomas Alan Blackwelder, with the “ L ” representing Legacy and the “ 7 ” honoring his birth month—Blake shares his belief that anyone can learn the art of a great cocktail with the right guidance and intention. Each experience blends professional technique with approachable instruction, showing that true craft is both taught and felt.
